Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing the training platform, selecting a module, signing the Training Enrollment Agreement, or paying the training access fee, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the training platform.

2. Service Description

Texas AGI Labs provides online learning and assessment modules across technology and business areas. The platform may include structured learning content, practice labs, quizzes, practical activities, assessment activities, and internal completion acknowledgements.

The platform is for learning, practice, and assessment only.

3. Training-Only Disclaimer

This training platform is not employment, not an internship, not job placement, not contractor onboarding, not visa sponsorship, and not a guarantee of paid work.

Completion of a module does not guarantee selection, onboarding, employment, independent contractor engagement, sponsorship, or paid work.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and purchase paid training access, unless Texas AGI Labs separately approves a legally valid parent/guardian consent process.

5. Training Access Fee

The training access fee is $20 per stage (₹2,000 in India), unless a different price is clearly shown before payment.

The fee provides access to the selected online training stage, learning materials, practice labs, assessment activities, platform access, and administrative processing.

The fee is not a job application fee, job placement fee, employment fee, internship fee, contractor onboarding fee, sponsorship fee, or guarantee of future paid work.

6. Refund / Non-Refundable Payment Policy

The training access fee is non-refundable once access to the selected module has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Texas AGI Labs cancels the module before access is provided.

If Texas AGI Labs cancels a module before access is provided, Texas AGI Labs may issue a refund or provide access to an alternative module at the learner’s choice.

No refund is provided because a learner changes their mind, does not complete the module, does not pass an assessment, is removed for misconduct or policy violation, or does not receive any future opportunity from Texas AGI Labs.

7. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other approved providers. Texas AGI Labs does not store full card details.

Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges may be shown before payment where required or applicable.

8. Legal Eligibility to Participate

You are responsible for confirming that you are legally eligible to access and participate in the training platform from the country, state, and physical location where you are located.

Texas AGI Labs does not provide immigration, employment, tax, education, licensing, or legal advice.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others;
• Scrape, copy, resell, publish, or redistribute training content;
• Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform;
• Bypass access controls, payment controls, or assessment controls;
• Submit third-party confidential information, employer-owned code, client data, restricted data, or unauthorized copyrighted material; or
• Misuse AI tools, training materials, datasets, labs, or assessments.

10. Intellectual Property

Texas AGI Labs training materials, curriculum, templates, documents, videos, software examples, lab instructions, datasets, diagrams, quizzes, assessments, rubrics, and related platform content remain the property of Texas AGI Labs LLC or its licensors.

You may use the materials only for your personal participation in the selected training module. You may not copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, sublicense, share, or use Texas AGI Labs materials for commercial purposes, competing services, third-party training, public posting, or external projects without written permission.

11. Learner Submissions

You may submit answers, sample code, documents, diagrams, scripts, prototypes, or other materials for learning and assessment purposes.

You retain ownership of your original submissions, but you grant Texas AGI Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, store, and internally use your submissions for assessment, quality review, compliance, platform operation, and training improvement.

Texas AGI Labs may use anonymized or aggregated information to improve the platform.

12. Completion Acknowledgement

Texas AGI Labs may issue an internal completion acknowledgement after you complete required module activities and assessments.

This acknowledgement is not a degree, professional license, accredited credential, state-approved certification, employment certificate, contractor certificate, work authorization document, or job guarantee.

13. Privacy

Texas AGI Labs may collect and use registration information, contact information, country/region, selected module, payment status, Lab ID, legal eligibility declaration answers, training activity, assessment records, e-sign records, and support communications.

Information will be handled according to the Texas AGI Labs Privacy Policy.

14. Electronic Signature and Records

By checking consent boxes, clicking “I agree,” clicking “Sign & Accept,” drawing your signature, typing your name, or otherwise confirming acceptance electronically, you agree that electronic records and electronic signatures may be used for this enrollment process.

You agree that electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature for training enrollment purposes.

15. Platform Availability

Texas AGI Labs may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue modules, platform features, schedules, assessments, or access methods at its discretion.

Texas AGI Labs may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, payment issues, misuse of materials, misconduct, security concerns, legal ineligibility, or business reasons.

16. Disclaimers

The platform and training materials are provided for learning, practice, and assessment purposes. Texas AGI Labs does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Texas AGI Labs does not guarantee employment, internship, contractor engagement, placement, sponsorship, income, business results, or professional outcome.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Texas AGI Labs LLC’s total liability for claims related to the training platform is limited to the amount you paid to Texas AGI Labs for the selected module giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

18. Changes to These Terms

Texas AGI Labs may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be posted on the platform or communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
